Anthony Ashmore, visiting assistant professor of physics, was interviewed for an article in , 鈥淎I Starts to Sift Through String Theory鈥檚 Near-Endless Possibilities,鈥 about using AI and machine learning to get testable predictions from string theory models of particle physics.

Ruben Castillo, assistant professor of printmaking, presented their research in a talk titled "Queer Contact Across Archives" at the Southern Graphics Council International 2024 printmaking conference, 鈥淰erified by Proof.鈥 Castillo鈥檚 presentation was part of the panel "Reading Between the Lines: Notes from the Archive."

Jess Sullivan, professor of psychology, has been named a . During the fellowship, she will work at the New York State Office of Child and Family Services in the Division of Childcare, where she will be developing research-based tools for defining high quality childcare.
