A group of seven Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ employees make up Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ's 2025 Workforce Challenge: They pose for a group photo Gary Wilson, senior artist-in-residence; Leo Litovsky, assistant swimming coach; John Mosier, assistant athletic trainer; Kyle Bernard, assistant vice president for finance; Kirsten Hogenson, assistant professor of mathematics and statistics; Darren Drabek, associate director of admissions; and Gove Effinger, professor emeritus of mathematics, represented Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ College at the Workforce Team Challenge, supporting local charities in the Capital Region.

David Cohen, associate professor and chair of management and business, has been named the new associate dean of the faculty for faculty diversity, development, and faculty affairs, effective June 1. 

Laurie Rabinowitz, assistant professor of education studies, was accepted for a 2025 George Washington University Fellowship and Summer Institute on Antisemitism and Jewish Identity in Educational Settings.


Faculty-staff achievements will be on pause over the summer. All submissions received will be held until regular publication resumes on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
