Sarah DiPasquale, associate professor and associate chair of dance, and Jesse O’Connell, assistant director of MDOCS, have published a new children’s book, “.” The book celebrates movement and accessibility in dance.
Penny Jolly, professor emeritus of art history, will be recognized for her volunteer contributions to The Hyde Collection in Glens Falls, New York, at the museum’s annual honoree luncheon at The Sagamore on Lake George. Jolly continues to serve on The Hyde’s Collections and Exhibitions Committee; curated the exhibition “Growing Up in a Renaissance Palazzo: Childhood in Italy, 1400-1600,” held at the museum from October 2024 through January 2025; and conducts ongoing research on works in the collection while writing catalog entries for a new museum guide and the museum’s online database.
