Registration for certain Commencement-week events is now open. Registration is not required, except for those invited to the Senior Athlete Recongition Luncheon.

Senior BBQ Seniors are invited for a barbeque at President Marc C. Conner and Barbara Reyes-Conner's house on North Broadway. |

Cordapalooza College Honors cords, Department Honors cords, Senior coRDs, SGA cords, and Peer Mentor cords will be handed out to those who earned them. Also, plan to stop by the Career Development Center's table to complete your First Destination survey! Going to miss the handout event? Stop by the Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ Shop during hours of operation to collect your Commencement garb on Thursday, May 14 and Friday, May 15. Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ Shop will have a booth within the amphitheater grounds at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center the morning of Commencement as well. How to Qualify for: Department Honors Cords - Awarded to students who meet cumulative and major GPA thresholds (vary by discipline), complete research, thesis, or capstone projects as required by the major, and are recommended by the department or program. Senior CoRD - Awarded to students who participated in a number of activities that underscored their connection to Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ. |

Graduate Information Session Graduates will join the Office of College Events and Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ Shop for an information session regarding Commencement. Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ Shop staff members will demonstrate how to wear regalia. College Events staff members will discuss key ceremony details and need-to-know ceremony procedures. |

During the Family Day Sale at skidmoreshop.com and in-store location, families of graduating seniors will receive a 15% discount on insignia merchandise from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |

Periclean Honors Forum: Held annually, the Periclean Scholar Awards competition recognizes excellence by awarding up to four prizes to seniors for distinguished projects in all disciplines. Periclean Scholar Awards recipients share the honor of this achievement at a ceremonial presentation of the project open to the College community. Following these presentations, Honors Forum members who are graduating seniors will receive their recognition medals. A reception will follow to celebrate graduating HF seniors and Periclean Scholar Awards recipients. For additional information on Periclean Honors Forum, please contact Joseph Cermatori. |

Class of 2026 Brick Dedication Ceremony A brief ceremony for seniors, families, and friends to announce the senior class gift as well as the total amount contributed by the senior 2026 class, and dedicate the Class of 2026 brick pathway, given by the families of the Class of 2026 in honor of their graduating seniors. Each brick is engraved with the name of the student whose families participate in the Class of 2026 Senior Family Project. |

Breakfast Families, friends, and seniors are welcome as guests of the College. |

Commencement Procession Formation Seniors arrive, pick up diplomas, and form processional. |

Faculty members and platform party members form processional. Audience members are asked to be seated by this time. |

115th Commencement Exercises Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ Shop will have a pop-up location at Commencement. Great new merchandise and Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ swag will be available, including diploma frames, hats, hoodies, t-shirts, and branded other gifts items for the whole family. |

Commencement Refreshments Come celebrate! Please join graduates, families, friends, faculty, and staff for a celebratory refreshments following the Commencement Ceremony to acknowledge and celebrate the wonderful accomplishments of the newest Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ graduates. |

Final Move-Out Day
We expect your student to pack their belongings and clean their room/apartment during
specified times over Senior Week in preparation for your arrival. We ask that you
please share and communicate this expectation (which we are also communicating) with
your student, to allow for quick and efficient final packing and car loading. Thank
you for your support!
